I stopped here on my first morning in chelan and the coffee was awesome!!
We stopped here on our way out of town. At the window we could hear the girls complaining about a customer that had unrealistic expectations. They were mocking him. And he asked for non fat milk and they gave him whole & added water to it to spite him. And laughed about it.
We will not come back.We thought it was unprofessional for their behavior and uncomfortable for us to sit and listen to.

I worked here for about 3 summers.
They are terrible to their employees and refused to let me treat a 2nd degree burn on my arm and made me continue to work even though I almost passed out from the pain. I still have the scar 1.5 years later, to this day it was still the worst pain ive experienced.
Their responce was not to tell me about workers comp or to report my injury and not even put a first aid kit in the shop.

2 days in a row now we have wasted our coffee's! We asked specifically today for extra white chocolate and extra banana, only to have a drink made so strong again that we couldn't drink it! For $20 I'm completely disappointed! I was hoping we wouldn't have to resort to Starbucks but at this point it seems to be our only option!
