“Easy to order. Don’t have to wait in line as you can either order in your phone or on the multiple tablet screens off to the side. It doesn’t matter if you order there or up at the counter. You do the same thing on the tablet at the counter anyways. That had changed over the last year or two. The employees are constantly fixing up the cookies with icing and boxing them up. Never been in and seen them standing around. The Covington,Wa location employees have always been welcoming and helpful if we had questions. Love going here. Always very clean. Cookies are worth the price and there’s a reason they’re always busy. Don’t forget to sign up and add your birthday to the free account and gain points but on your birthday you get a free cookie of your choice. I always go in for that cookie and then grab a couple more. Yumm!“

“Ordered our small wedding cutting cake from the bakery. The process was easy and straight forward. Met with the owner for a consultation and designed our wedding cake. We were able to drop off flowers the week of to be in corporated into the decorations. Super easy! Cake was ready on time and looked beautiful! Also was super tasty and it was completely gone after the reception.“

“Disappointed in the donuts. We read great things about this place so my husband drove 15 min to the nearest location this morning. He brought back dried out donuts with a skimpy layer of frosting. They tasted like they were a day old and we paid $15 for 4 donuts.

UPDATE: They still aren’t my favorite, but my last experience was better than the first. They also reached out and offered me donut cards which says a lot about a company.“
