My recent visit to Happy Phở, a Vietnamese restaurant promising authentic flavors and hearty dishes, unfortunately left much to be desired. While the food was decent, the overall experience was marred by subpar service that significantly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable meal. The food at Happy Phở was passable, but it didn't quite live up to the expectations of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. However, any semblance of satisfaction was overshadowed by the poor service I encountered throughout my visit. One of the most glaring issues arose when I requested an additional bowl to share Phở with my dining companion. The server's response was less than accommodating, as if the mere request was an inconvenience. After an extended wait, the bowl finally arrived, but without spoons. How can one enjoy a traditional Vietnamese soup without the appropriate utensils?Despite multiple requests to our server for spoons, they never materialized. It was only after seeking assistance from another server that we were promptly provided with the necessary utensils. However, by that point, we had nearly finished our meal, rendering the spoons almost useless. The lack of attention to basic customer needs and the delayed response to simple requests significantly detracted from the overall dining experience at Happy Phở. While the food was acceptable, the poor service left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a restaurant fails to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality, especially in a cuisine known for its warmth and hospitality like Vietnamese.

Usually not a bad place but they make up things as they go. Now you’re no longer able to eat in if you show up an hour before they close. We usually get a lot and tip very well, but I think we will find a new

Everything is terrible - the food, the ambiance, the service! I don't recommend it. Don't waste your money on this. They don't even deserve one star!

Ordered take out - spicy pork banh mi and it was tasty. The pork was minced which I wasn't expecting but tasted good. Would have liked a bit more veggies on the sandwich and the bread had a texture closer to potato bread than French bread. Over all a delicious sandwich and will definitely be going again.

It was my first time at this place and I thought it was great! My rolls were delicious and soup had fresh ingredients! Everything you could ask for. Hopefully it stays just like this for eternity!

Today my family and I decided to visit this place. But we were left slightly shocked by everything that was happening. My family consist of 5 persons. Yes, only out of five, but it turned out to be a huge problem for them. It turns out that if you visit this establishment with more than 5 people, you will have to pay a 15% MANDATORY TIP. And at the same time these ladies explain that this is the law of our state. I asked to show where it is written that for my three underage children I need to pay 15% more. This is just out of the ordinary. I used to think that tips were given as a bonus for good service and good food, but no, they have mandatory payments. Moreover, one of my children is 5 years old. I can’t imagine how it will be if I have 6 children with me, they will force me to pay 30% more. It was a terrible experience with the staff, broken chairs, old dishes, if you want to go and spend time with your family, I ask you to choose another place.

Food is still good but the customer service has definitely been on the decline. The cup was dirty when I went in today and the water tasted awful.
