Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is a clean, well kept Popeyes at Smokey point. I ate inside and ordered my food through one of their kiosks. The food was good by Popeyes standards— probably the best chicken ever I’ve had in years. The sides were good too.

Look I love Popeyes but this one is way overpriced for what you get. I won't go there anymore because it's just too expensive and definitely not worth the money. I'm willing to pay for good food but this ain't it

i’m talking to the manager I could absolutely tell why my food was all messed up because he was running this showThere was no gravy on my potatoes I asked for honey barbecue and I got bold barbecue food was all crunchy and overcooked, and I called out and talk to the manager And all he can say was duh

I ordered ghost pepper wings they were very crispy and juicy must try if you like spicy😋

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich it was so fresh and crispy.

Just had Popeyes for lunch, and wow—worth every bite.
I went with the classic chicken sandwich, fries, and a side of red beans and rice. The sandwich was crispy, juicy, and had just the right amount of spice. The brioche bun held everything together perfectly. The fries were seasoned well—not soggy, not too crisp, just right. And those red beans? Comfort food heaven.

It took about 10 minutes to get my food, which isn’t bad for lunchtime. The staff was friendly but clearly slammed with orders, so props to them for keeping things moving.

If you’re craving fast food that actually fills you up and tastes like real food, Popeyes hits the spot. I’m still thinking about that sandwich.

I ordered chicken strips, and when I went home the chicken strips wasn’t cooked throughly. I took a bite and the meat were still raw. I am really disappointed as this is very dangerous. I don’t think I will order anything from them from this day forward.

Soda was flat (no carbonation). Told the workers, they acted like I did something wrong.

Received cold food. Asked for it to remade so they took our old bag. And they microwaved the sandwiches and gave it back with a hair in one. So i had to ask for it to be remade for a second time. And i was glared at by staff because of it. Not only is this a food safety issue but its also highly inappropriate staff behavior. I wont be returning to this location

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I went in a ordered $52 worth of chicken for my family and when I came home I was shocked to see the chicken looked so old like it was refried and as I started taking the pieces out I noticed what looked like mold??? Just absolutely disgusting that they feel comfortable feeding this to their customers. I will never return and make sure to report this to the health department.

I’ve been to this place a lot of times because I live really near here the first time I ate here the food was hella raw and also smell like fish you can still see that’s it’s red it was the chicken drumsticks and my friend chicken were also smell and dry and today I ate here and 1 of the chicken was just hella fishy but also dry I have to puke it all out the taste was an nightmare
