Ordered thru the app and indicated all dark meat. Guess what? Got two pieces of breasts and a wing. Why bother having the options on the app when staff doesn’t pay attention to it. They just throw random pieces in the box and say I’m done! 🙄🙄🙄

I went through the drive through and mentioned it was my first time eating here. The employee taking my order was very patient and answered my questions and was very friendly! The food was pretty good too but I really appreciated the nice service (:

Ordered an all-white-meat box. Got a graveyard of chicken wings with the meat content of a paper towel. If I wanted to gnaw on bones, I’d have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings and at least gotten honest about it. This is a wing joint cosplaying as a chicken spot.

Save your money.

Holy shit! Who makes these prices? The chicken is pretty good but not 20 damn $ for a 3 piece chicken basket! Smoking base rocks 😳

Out of the 3 popeyes in Everett, Marysville and Arlington, this one is the most friendly and easiest to work with. The chicken is generally good at all three places! That they fry their chicken in Beef Tallow is a major health benefit.

Usually order through app about 15-20 minutes before entering the drive through, where one would expect to get their food. Instead, more than once, have been told to enter the building to wait for the food, even with no cars behind me. Annoying to order it to go and have to instead leave my car to pick it up inside.

As well as that, ordering spicy, I tend to get classic tossed in instead. Last I checked, I didn't pick the classic option in the app. Not that hard to spend the extra little bit to cook up some new spicy ones if you are out.

Food is overall fine, but the customer service is poor. Only reason I go to this one is because its closer compared to the others.

Wow! The chicken was SO good! We had the classic flavor. So crispy. So delicious. Perfectly cooked! Great crunch. The chicken was fresh and hot when it came out to us. The chicken wasn't dry. Absolutely fantastic. I would definitely pick Popeye's over KFC! I didnt try their side's but they had a few options to choose from. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the guy taking our money was not playing attention to what he was doing. It wasn't busy but he was definitely distracted and didnt hand me the change properly and dropped it on the ground but then wasn't overly concerned about it. His customer service wasn't as high as it should have been, by far. That was a little disappointing but the food itself was delicious. I would absolutely go again and hopefully I won't get that same drive-thru guy.

Went here today and ordered a family meal and the food was not great compared to back then, no flavor in the chicken only on the excessive not fully cooked breading. I noticed that the workers changed, workers from the Popeyes near Winco off of exit 202 are now working here, one of the cashiers looked at me as if she noticed me. This was because I remembered she was working off the Popeyes near Winco. I ordered on the app and the order wasn’t correct, the workers should be on top of that. No good Popeyes in Marysville anymore ever since I went to buy some today. I use to go to the one near Winco and realized it was terrible so I went to the Popeyes next to Outback Steakhouse, cooks or employees ruined it. Won’t be coming back. Do better or hire actual staff who know’s what they’re doing.

Ordered 4 meals, when got home one of the sandwiches was missing, had to drive all the way back just to be called a liar. Young cashier liar said he made all 4 sandwiches where I saw he didn’t make even one. Anyway gonna have to call my bank to dispute transaction. Make sure you check your bag, don’t trust those crooks!

I always go here because I like the ambience and the food, but lately they hired this guy who likes to mock their customers, and whenever you order through drive-thru, he likes to mimic your voice and laugh at you while you’re ordering, thinking that we couldn’t hear him from the other side. I didn’t know they’re hiring unprofessional and clowns here. What kind of management do they have to let this kind of person work here?

Do something because if this keeps up, y’all gonna lose customers. You guys got good products, but don’t have the right people.

My recent visit to the Popeyes in Lakewood was profoundly disappointing. The experience was marred by poor organization and a lack of attention to detail that significantly impacted our meal.
First, after placing our order, we were left waiting for over ten minutes before the staff even began to assemble it, which is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment. When the food finally arrived, it was incomplete: a side dish for one of my friends was entirely forgotten. Furthermore, a simple request for a utensil—a spoon for another friend's order—was also overlooked.
In short, the service was slow, the order was incorrect, and basic items were missed. A restaurant needs to ensure that an order is correct and complete, and that the wait time is reasonable. This location failed on all counts. I would advise management to focus on improving both efficiency and accuracy in their kitchen and at the drive-thru/pickup counter.
