I needed hot water for a hot chocolate party at my daughter’s class. I called to see if I paid for a traveler if they could fill it up with hot water for me. They were so kind and had the hot water in a traveler, ready for me when I got there, and didn’t charge me anything. I am so grateful ! Thank you!

Typical Starbucks but the staff is uninterested, doesn’t care, and doesn’t know anything.1. I asked four different questions about drinks and the app but she could answer any of them. Seriously?!? How do you not know your drinks?2. Then the gal slid my drink across the counter AWAY from me, turned on her heel and walked away.I was the only customer in the store and standing right there!3.
