The food is fresh. Just needs to be hot if you serve hot food. It’s about 15 min to get service and 15 minutes to get your bill. So it’s probably 90 minutes in the restaurant. $30 per person to eat.
My wife and I got 2 burritos (birria and fajita) they were very delicious! Very tender meat and flavorful.
