We enjoyed excellent service and very good food. The place is nice, clean and quiet, great for a couple or a small group of friends. Recommended!
Great spot but would no longer recommend due to poor takeout service (hosted by Smile which is likely to blame). If you're dining in, ignore this review. We placed an order this evening and the email said pick-up would be ready immediately (stated the same time the order was was a bit of a red flag, but no one wants cold food) so I rushed over. Anise Thai Cuisine is a great gem find on Mercer Island, offering a cozy and trendy atmosphere perfect for dining with friends. The menu features a great selection of items, including the popular PAD KHEE MAO, PAD SEE EW, and GREEN CURRY. Dishes are reasonably priced and come in large portions, making them a great value. The chicken fried rice is a standout, with tender chicken and a great price point. The food was authentic and fresh, with servings so colossal, you could share with a friend! Anise Thai Cuisine is a great place to eat, with a warm and cozy ambiance. The service is attentive, and the food is delivered quickly. The only downside is the tight parking lot, which can be a challenge during peak hours.
