“First I’d like to say I only started recently going to lucky’s in the last maybe 6 months. They have always been super great for food and quick. I had never eaten on the bus until recently I took my kids and met my boyfriend there. I noticed my shoes slipped slightly when I took a step but didn’t think much of it. This is more of a recommendation for the company to put grip tape or something on the stairs as my boyfriend slipped coming out of the bus on the metal stairs and now is suffering from some major back and hip issues not to mention lost wages and time at work along with the now medical bills we will have along with the life long back pain he was told he will now have. Unfortunately we will probably not be coming back as we have had absolutely little communication from the owner(s) minus a what feels casual “what do you need from us”.“

“Very straightforward experience. I got behind a line of cars and a guy outside took my order and I paid via credit card by placing on his phone. As soon as I reached the window I got handed my order of triple cheese burger with fries, chocolate shake, and some condiments.

I particularly liked how neat the food was placed on a small cardboard tray and wrapped in a bag. Made it mess free when I drove back home.

Food was good and better than other fast food establishments for a decent price also.“

“This is best drive thru burger in the area. Great friendly staff, incredibly quick service for the quality. The onion rings are the fluffy, fried kind you were praying for every time you got bready undercooked onion rings somewhere else. We go out of our way to stop here probably once a week… guilty pleasure for sure. Currently here to grab burgers to treat my employees because they hadn’t heard of the place yet. I have been coming here for quite a while now because i live literally 1min away from this spot and the food was phenomenal but after eating the “Smash Burger” i just had to write one. Whoever masterminded the creation of smash burger in this spot is insane it’s definitely in my top 1-2 by far one of the best smash burger i’ve had in a while. My people of tacoma please try it atleast once🙏🏼- Edit this is my 4th visit for the Smash burger and it lacks consistency from previous orders I’ve had 1st-2nd. The 3rd-4th almost tasted like the regular cheese burger, no sauce they have available although I understand the Crew do try their best to produce the best product they could I wish the consistency was there.“

“My friend introduced me to this place yesterday. I never thought in a million years I’d like dipping chips (homemade too) in garlic ranch dressing, but it was delicious. Their French Dip with au jus was scrumptious as well; almost as good as having one in NY. Also, they have awesome garlic fries, they use fresh minced garlic. They even make their mozzarella sticks from scratch. Thanks to my friend, I’ll definitely have to take my family here, yum! 🙉 We had an awesome waitress, very attentive. I guess if you’re a first timer, they let you try their homemade chips for free; it was nice of her to tell me that. Always ordered a Garden Burger, No avocado, special sauce with a large lemonade.

“I usually get the Philly cheese steak sandwiches when I come here. The food has always been consistent and their other items are good as well. Customer service is great and never had to wait long for the food every time I’ve been here. Nice hidden gem in Federal Way. Unfortunately, no pics of food because we eat it as soon as I bring it home. Maybe next time.“

“My family and I have visited Han's a few times before but this is the first time we went in to dine in. I saw on Google reviews that they have a new owner and I can confirm they do as T-mobile gave a coupon for burgers and Han's Burgers was one of the business that came up. It was my brother, boyfriend and myself and there was a few people inside dining in or waiting or their take out. The gentleman at the cash register greeted us and when I showed him the coupon, he told me that was done by the previous order. Regardless, he was willing to give us 15% off for coming in and letting us know that this was a one time pass which was very considerate of him. We ordered the fried chicken burger combo, Hawaiian burger and bacon cheeseburger. They gave us a cup for the lemonade and two small water cups. The food didn't take long and it was still delicious! We were happy that the burgers, service and overall experience is the same. We look forward to stopping by whenever we get our burger cravings as their prices are still fair.

I don't know the difference in the inside changes as we never dined in. But they have quite a bit of seating inside with cute table clothes. It is pretty bright inside too but no music playing. They do have a big TV playing news though but also muted.“

“This place has been here for many years. If you decide to stop here for dinner or lunch, you have to get the beef Hawaiian burger, which has a pineapple on it, so delicious. It’s one of the more sloppier options if you’re into eating with Out making a mess. The crinkle cut french fries are always a hit and you gotta try the deep fried mushrooms or the Wings. The owner is pretty cool. You can tell she’s about her business. Price is a bit on the high side I believe each meal is $15-$17 so to feed a family of three or more it’s gonna cost you pretty close to $100.“

“This was my first time stopping by Dick’s Burgers in Federal Way, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, polite, and very fast, which I really appreciated. My order came out quickly, and the service was smooth.

I ordered the Deluxe burger with a small drink and fries, and the total came out to $11.91. The root beer and the burger were both good and satisfying. The burger was simple but tasty, just what you’d expect from Dick’s. However, the fries were a bit disappointing—they were soggy and looked somewhat burnt, which took away from the meal.

One thing to note is that ketchup and other small dips cost 20 cents each, which was a little surprising, but not a big deal.

Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick and affordable burger, and I’d consider coming back. Hopefully, next time the fries will be better.“

Broiler burger is the perfect stop for burgers in Tacoma. Everybody feels like family there. Even though it’s located in the city limits, it has that small-town bar charm that’s getting harder to find.

The staff is awesome, and the food is even better. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu, and it’s all solid—but the tuna melt is my go-to, and the taco salad is huge (definitely enough for two people).

We've been here a few times, and more than once, this bartender has waited on us (can't remember his name), he was very patient and quick to get our drinks/meals out.
