7 years later and they have gone downhill since. Food this time was overcooked nuggets that were dry and fries that were limp, cold and mushy. The fries the last few times have been just downright horrible. Not sure what changed but they are not good anymore.“

“My friend introduced me to this place yesterday. I never thought in a million years I’d like dipping chips (homemade too) in garlic ranch dressing, but it was delicious. Their French Dip with au jus was scrumptious as well; almost as good as having one in NY. Also, they have awesome garlic fries, they use fresh minced garlic. They even make their mozzarella sticks from scratch. Thanks to my friend, I’ll definitely have to take my family here, yum! 🙉 We had an awesome waitress, very attentive. The neighborhood is sketch but don't let that stop you from getting a vastly superior burger to any of those major chains.“

I ordered the fish sandwich too - portion was good and it was delightful. I didn’t like the fries, but they’re just there to make me full so I didn’t care much. Honestly I’d prefer this over shake shack if it were not that far away.“

“I was super excited to discover that Bob's has the ability to serve me a gluten free burger and fries (dedicated fryer). I was totally safe and had no issues afterwards. One of the cooks has Celiac so I felt especially safe. Definitely will go back!

“First time here. I had the California Burger combo. Was delicious. Burger was juicy and toppings were fresh. Crinkle fries were great and they have they own home made fry sauce. That's a bonus. My Husband and Son got the Beef and Chicken Katsu Burger combo. Huge Burger. Chicken was an actual chicken breast not a fake patty. Thru lives them. Thru said they have really good katsu sauce. My husband did say he wished they had mustard available for the fries. Soda fountain has Coke. Not many options but that's OK. Another family with a kiddo came in and got milkshakes, they looked good. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Such great prices and you will leave stuffed!“

Broiler burger is the perfect stop for burgers in Tacoma. To think that for all of these years I've driven past the restaurant but never visited until just the other day. The vibe/ambiance is perfect between being casual yet classy/fancy at the same time - it was a great date night spot for my husband and I.. We even dressed up a little and did not feel overdressed! The drinks, appetizers, and meal were all so tasty and very well displayed on the plate! Both our server and the cook were very accomodating to my dietary restrications and made the perfect meal per my requests. We will definitely be returning!!! Check it out!“
