“First I’d like to say I only started recently going to lucky’s in the last maybe 6 months. They have always been super great for food and quick. I had never eaten on the bus until recently I took my kids and met my boyfriend there. I noticed my shoes slipped slightly when I took a step but didn’t think much of it. This is more of a recommendation for the company to put grip tape or something on the stairs as my boyfriend slipped coming out of the bus on the metal stairs and now is suffering from some major back and hip issues not to mention lost wages and time at work along with the now medical bills we will have along with the life long back pain he was told he will now have. Unfortunately we will probably not be coming back as we have had absolutely little communication from the owner(s) minus a what feels casual “what do you need from us”.“

“The wait was longer than I would have liked, and that definitely took away from the experience. The burger itself was good quality and a fair size, nothing special but not bad either. The fries and onion rings were tasty, but depending on the time you go, they can have a bit of an oily taste. Overall, it was okay—not great, not terrible.“

“Food is great. The burgers feel and taste hand made in the back. Sometimes there are cashiers that'll have a problem(attitude) but the food makes up for it. “This is best drive thru burger in the area. Great friendly staff, incredibly quick service for the quality. The onion rings are the fluffy, fried kind you were praying for every time you got bready undercooked onion rings somewhere else. We go out of our way to stop here probably once a week… guilty pleasure for sure. Currently here to grab burgers to treat my employees because they hadn’t heard of the place yet. Happy to spread the word. Management is doing a great job with this place.“

“My friend introduced me to this place yesterday. I never thought in a million years I’d like dipping chips (homemade too) in garlic ranch dressing, but it was delicious. Their French Dip with au jus was scrumptious as well; almost as good as having one in NY. Also, they have awesome garlic fries, they use fresh minced garlic. They even make their mozzarella sticks from scratch. Thanks to my friend, I’ll definitely have to take my family here, yum! 🙉 We had an awesome waitress, very attentive. “I usually get the Philly cheese steak sandwiches when I come here. The food has always been consistent and their other items are good as well. Customer service is great and never had to wait long for the food every time I’ve been here. Nice hidden gem in Federal Way. Unfortunately, no pics of food because we eat it as soon as I bring it home. Maybe next time.“

“I've lived right near Bob's for 10 years and just never got around to trying it, but they recently showed up on a delivery app and man, their burgers are absolutely delicious! Forget any other burger around here, delivery or not - yeah even the popular food truck/stand burgers. We have ordered twice now and had four different burgers and all four have been absolutely awesome. Ok, they're not as cheap as those places, but I've honestly never had a burger worth going out of my way for at all around here. If we really want burgers and aren't making them at home, we are getting Bob's.“

“This place has been here for many years. If you decide to stop here for dinner or lunch, you have to get the beef Hawaiian burger, which has a pineapple on it, so delicious. It’s one of the more sloppier options if you’re into eating with Out making a mess. The crinkle cut french fries are always a hit and you gotta try the deep fried mushrooms or the Wings. The owner is pretty cool. You can tell she’s about her business. Price is a bit on the high side I believe each meal is $15-$17 so to feed a family of three or more it’s gonna cost you pretty close to $100.“

My husband did say he wished they had mustard available for the fries. Soda fountain has Coke. Not many options but that's OK. Everybody feels like family there. Even though it’s located in the city limits, it has that small-town bar charm that’s getting harder to find.
