Food is usually good, but don’t go if you’re in a hurry because the cooks are very slow……. Went this morning and Waitress had to keep apologizing for them. She shouldn’t have to. There were 2 cooks and it wasn’t even very busy.
We ate there Friday night. The food was indifferently presented and prepared. My husband's club sandwich was over-toasted and cold. My BLT was pathetic, some of the bacon way undercooked and some way over cooked, what little bacon there was, that is, and only 1 small slice of tomato. This was our 3rd time trying the food at the Beehive, and also our last.
The best prime rib I’ve had in a decade here on the Harbor! Friendly fun service in the Honeycomb Room…fantastic clam chowder and I’m a clam chowder connoisseur.
