“This place has become one of my favorite spots, not just for the beer, but for the people and the atmosphere. When I first started coming in, I didn’t know much about beer—but they never made me feel awkward about it. Instead, they helped me learn what I like and now they’re great at recommending things I actually enjoy. As someone who deals with a lot of anxiety, it’s rare to find a space that feels this comfortable. I can come in, have a drink, read a book, and just relax without feeling rushed out of place. Everyone I’ve met here has been nothing but kind and welcoming. They also do a lot to support the community, from fundraisers to local events, which just makes me respect them even more. It’s more than just a taproom—it’s a genuinely good place to be. Free popcorn and board games, what else can I want.“

“I have to give a shout out to the workers today at Michael’s Bistro! (8/14/24). My parents came in from Spokane and treated my daughter and me out to lunch. The food has always been fresh, fast, and superbly made. Today they went above and beyond and it helped me have a fantastic dining experience. I’m severely allergic to strawberries and my daughter had ordered a strawberry lemonade. The glass had a little bit on the outside which they promptly wiped off but had touched my glass. She quickly wiped off the lemonade glass, washed her hands and got me a fresh drink in a brand new cup. And with a smile! 😊 Then I didn’t realize the bread on my sandwich contained nuts. Unfortunately, another allergy and without hesitation when I asked, they took back my plate and made me a fresh sandwich on bread without nuts. The manager came out 3 times to ask questions to ensure I had a good experience. The sandwich was DELICIOUS and I was able to walk away and NOT wind up in the ER which unfortunately has happened at maybe places because they try to cut corners. I was impressed by their professionalism and while it was my fault for not checking the bread prior, they acted as if it was theirs, and made it correct without even batting an eye. Thank you!“

“I was given 2 choices of Mexican restaurants to try and picked this one for the cultural/comfortable environment I saw on Google. The Carne Asada was incredible! But it was unexpected to run into a first class waiter! Gerardo was absolutely perfect! Attentive, knowledgeable, well mannered and dressed professionally. If I had an opening I would've recruited him on the spot! And I wasn't held hostage by the check (Pet Peeve) This will be my go to Mexican restaurant in Moses Lake, No need to look further! “Really REALLY tasty food from an old school drive-in. I had a Woody Special burger, crinkle cut fries, a soda, and a milkshake. Lots of menu items sound good and I'd like to try them all. My only complaint is Woody's in EXPENSIVE. it was $30 for my meal. Seems a little on the high end. But it is very good and I will go back.“
