The most delicious pastries and pies in the Northwest! The pasties have the exact balance between sweet and tartness and not an excessive amount of sugar. The filling gets to speak very loudly for itself. Great spot to have lunch and desserts. I also hear they serve espresso now!
We had the best work meeting ever this morning thanks to a scrumptious quiche and indulgent cinnamon rolls from Pegasus Pie Co. Absolute best crust EVER.

There is also a wonderful assortment of savory pies, quiche, and a great coffee bar with skilled baristas. Guests can even watch the bakers in the back doing their craft. The shop features a cute selection of gift items and has tables inside for those who want to enjoy their treats on-site. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even staying open late for customers. Prices are a bit high, but the quality makes it worth a visit. Located on a cute little street with many other shops, there is plenty of free public parking available.
