Here in Skagit County we have many excellent options for authentic Mexican truck meals. Located on an arterial in a residential area. The truck is rarely here, but when it is, you absolutely should stop in for their handmade tortillas and stewed sauces.
The barbacoa taco plate is a truly unforgettable meal. I was too busy indulging my senses to take a photo.

The Lengua Tacos were incredibly tender and tasty.
Good food. But I haven't seen this truck parked here for a while unfortunately
