“he fried chicken is absolutely delicious, even reheated later. We live on Whidbey, and I picked up the chicken on my way home from Seattle, and it was still great. What a treat to have a menu where it’s all gluten free. At first I thought $8 seemed expensive for a chicken thigh, but they are huge! Everything tastes like it is made with care from high quality ingredients. We also enjoyed the crispy potatoes and butter mochi. My husband, who has celiac, was in chicken heaven. A few notes: Definitely pre-order. They seem to be busy from right when they open at 4pm. Also it can be hard to find a parking spot in the area so you will want to allow time for that. “I ordered the yangyeom and buldak chicken, and their chicken is so soft and juicy. Very good quality and the sauce is on point. My favorite was the buldak without the bone in, but the bone in is fantastic, too. I would definitely return again and highly recommend!“

“Really like the soy garlic chicken half mix! Pork bulgogi is on point thank you for offering pork! You do show crinkle fries tho and we just received regular fries. Very nice staff and pretty inside although we have only done take out (several times). We will be back.“

“I've only been here once and I already love this place. Hands down, this fried chicken is up there with some of the best I've ever enjoyed across the country. The portions are huge, the chicken is seasoned perfectly so as to enhance the flavor of chicken (not overwhelm it), and they are simple sandwiches but this is what makes a great fried chicken sandwich.The area is fine and the inside is nice. It's run by one person who I assume is also the owner. Prices were very reasonable too for quality and quantity; I'll be coming back soon! :)“

“Such an incredible new Chinese place for north Seattle! Every dish we had was amazing. Mongolian beef with crispy rice noodles--perfect flavor. The sweet and sour pork was like nothing we've had before, and the pot stickers are clearly made from scratch on site, they taste soooo fresh. Best of all, the chef had just whipped up a bath of popcorn chicken with this amazing sweet/spicy seasoning, and let us try it to give our opinion on the new recipe. So good! Very high quality food, made fresh, and incredibly reasonable prices. (Most entrees I saw are $9-12.) And the owners are exceptionally kind and professional. This will be our go to when we are in the neighborhood.“

“No complaints. Went for lunch on a Saturday. Order was perfect. We tried Nashville sandwich Medium heat. Regular tenders. - excellent crispness and heat. Fries, coleslaw, Mac salad, Brussel chips and house pickles are great. The Brussels are outstanding.“

I am from out of town so finding a good place is a challenge when you have to rely on the online reviews, I saw some negative reviews of this place but I wonder if they are confusing this sushi restaurant with the one two blocks away on the same street. The food was delicious and the sushi was awesome. I am a snob when it comes to Sushi so when I'm saying it was really good I'm not just saying it to be nice. The service was good, we got a new waitress who was working her third day on the job, I tend to go easy on new people. Instead of criticism I want to share what she did well for it being only her third day. She was very friendly and instead of pretending to know things she would take the time to go ask so she wouldn't be giving incorrect information. If there is one pointer I would give her it would be to come by the table more often and try to interact with and chat with the customers, maybe see if there is anything they might need from time to time or just have a friendly conversation. Schmoozing is a big part of the job lol.“

“Best fried chicken in Kirkland! I came here several times, the food is tasty and price is reasonable, I prefer the boneless chicken over the bone-in chicken, and I would suggest to finish the food in one meal, because the food taste may become strange if you leave it to the second meal.“

“Went and saw a movie at the Grand Illusion, and found this place as I was walking around looking for a late night meal. Definitely satisfied my craving for something spicy, crunchy, and sweet! I got a medium order of the Chilli Jam wings, a side of pickled radish, and rice. The wings were nice and hot, steaming as you bite into them, and the chicken was absolutely delicious. I'm a big eater, so I figured I'd need at least a medium, but it was so filling I could probably go for a small next time. The rice was perfect to kill the heat, and the pickled radish was a perfect palette cleanser to rediscover the flavor of every wing! The place was packed full of college kids, giving it a comfortable, lively energy. Service was prompt and my waitress was super nice. She kept my water filled and made sure I had the wifi password on my laptop. Definitely a good place to hang out and get some work done. Would definitely recommend!“

“Wheelchair accessibility: it is TECHNICALLY wheelchair accessible, but there isn’t too much space to stand / or rest. plus doordash drivers are Aggressive and have pushed people around when in the area. its unfortunate and definitely not bok a boks fault but something to be aware of for sure“

“Great boba tea, and a good staff. I usually love boba tea, and when I saw one of these open near my house I couldn't resist trying it out! I got a Honey milk tea with black tea, 130% sweetness (I have a sweet tooth), less ice, and boba pearls. The inside is pretty nice, with good music and some tables. Be aware that if you come in at a busy time, the tables will probably be full. They have fried chicken too, which is AMAZING! I suggest coming in for Lunch, and getting boba tea and chicken! 9/10, great for a snack or lunch!“

“Awesome Pizza! But the real reason I am writing this is I have been sick with Long Covid for nearly 4 years, which turned into Heart Failure nearly a year ago landing me in the ER for a week. I have no appetite, but late last night 1/3/24 Pizza sounded awesome. Placed an order with Papa Johns in Lake City through DoorDash. They immediately canceled the order! WTF?! So I called Papa Johns to ask them why it was cancelled (they were still open for more than an hour)! I talked to, I assume the manager (wish I got his name!) and he said they had a glitch in their system. But he was able to manually put the order through DoorDash, and I paid with a CC. Think he said 33 min. I am used to getting updates by email and texts, and received none. I was thinking the worst about the time they were closing and thought maybe I will just make sure it didn't show, and my Pizza was there!! The kid pulled through, and by the way, he was a pleasure to deal with, Class Act! Kid, wish I would have got your name! Thanks!“

“I paid 68 bucks for the worst pizza I have ever tasted. on top of the fact my stuffed crust does not look like it's the garlic stuffed crust. Waste of money. you're better off eating pizza from a trash can. “They probably have the best pizza and cinnamon desserts ever. Their red sauce and white sauce is to die for. Spent 20.00 received 2 large pizzas with 3 toppings a piece and these garlic things and cinnamon twists for dessert. Enough to feed a whole family. Do recommend ? Absolutely!! ?“
