Gabriel's Fire Reviews
Brisket was good an moist. Mac-n-cheese was hot and creamy and the potato salad was great. Owner was nice and talked a lot about BBQ. He obviously loves his craft.

Best BBQ chicken I’ve had in ages. Will be back to try everything else, but I will always have to get some of their chicken!

Gabriel's Fire is a popular barbecue spot in Washington that serves a variety of delicious dishes. The brisket, ribs, Mac & cheese, greens, gumbo, and bread pudding are all standouts, with the brisket being a particular highlight. The meat is tender and flavorful, and the sides offer a range of options. Customers praise the top-tier BBQ, which is smoked to perfection, and appreciate the reasonable prices.
