Hook & Cleaver is a recently refreshed restaurant in Mukilteo that offers excellent early bird dinners and lunch options. The North "banquet" room could use more acoustic sound panels, but the overall experience is delightful. The Fresh Salmon and Ahi tuna Appetizer are delicious, while the Lamb is tender and well-seasoned. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a wonderful evening out. The portions are ample and the desserts are delicious. The spotless restaurant offers a tremendous view and a hoot of a server named Pete. The burgers are fat and juicy, the poke salad is large and filling with fresh tuna. Overall, Hook & Cleaver is a significant upgrade from its previous iteration as Arnie's, with great food and a friendly staff making it a tough spot to beat. Give it a try for a better than expected meal and a delightful dining experience.
