“Omg I just had to come post a review about the phenomenal service from the two ladies working this last Wednesday--Joni and Milana (sp?). I was having the worst day so I decided to order myself a treat. I kid you not, maybe after I picked up my drink order, I somehow dropped and spilled it all over myself before even getting a drink! I was almost in tears and went back and asked if I could reorder my drink as I'd dropped it. Not only did they perfectly remember my order, they insisted it was on the house. It really made a difference to my day and mood, thank you so much!“

I just stopped by the Mukilteo Starbucks (next to Walgreens and Earth & Ocean) on a Sunday around 5 p.m., and it was such a great experience. It was a beautiful sunny day, and the whole team had such a positive, upbeat energy—but L Ro truly stood out!!

She was so happy, helpful, and genuinely cheerful. Even after my drink was already made, she was completely gracious about letting me play around with different toppings and experiment a bit, which I really appreciated. Everything she did was professional, kind, and accommodating.

“I go to this Starbucks occasionally and I always find the employees kind, efficient and a pleasure to interact with. On my most recent visit, Sean and Garis were just great. A few days ago, a young man was just so sweet and it was his first day! Sorry, I have forgotten his name. If my notes to myself are correct, Michah and Aislyn were two employees who were very great as well. Thx for hiring such great people.“
