I was having a pretty rough morning, but a barista’s kind words completely turned it around and made my daughter smile. It’s not just about the coffee; it’s about the amazing people like them who make this my favorite local spot. Truly went above and beyond!! I want to recognize their customer service.“

“Pretty good but not always accurate orders but not far enough off to wait while they remake it. Seems to depend on the staff. Sometimes they're very friendly and sometimes they just ignore you. Often pretty quick. Like most of the Starbucks with a drive-thru the big concentration is of course on the drive-thru.“

The welcome was warm, the energy easy, and the staff genuinely friendly—exactly what you hope for on a long drive. I ordered my go-to Punjabi-style chah along with a banana loaf, and when they offered to warm it up, I knew this stop was already winning. Simple comforts hit differently on the road.

They missed double-cupping my hot drink, but that one’s on me—I should’ve checked and asked since I’d paid for it. No harm done, no mood spoiled. The vibe stayed relaxed and welcoming.

This was the kind of place where you pause, reset, and enjoy the moment before getting back on the highway. Friendly faces, good service, and a cozy break when you need it most.

“This location is fantastic. I come in around 6:30AM to do some work and am told good morning by the entire team. The staff are constantly checking in and providing updates to anyone waiting. They swing by the tables and ask anyone if they need water or refills. I would rather work here than my actual office 😆 there is a lot of staff here so I can't name everyone but Taylor specifically has a very strong work ethic and is great with customers.
