We met friends up here for Fish Friday. Hadn't been here since the management change. Super friendly service and the Fish & Chips did not disappoint! Decent Bar & Beer selection. Make the short trip up the hill - great experience in the Saloon.
The food and drinks were really good! My husband and I split the pretzel appetizer (yummy!), he had a Tennessee cider, clam chowder, and fried fish with loaded mashed potatoes. I had the Vanamberg, a BLT with a side salad. It was all really tasty. My husband was especially impressed with their clam chowder and fish. Prices weren’t bad either. Definitely recommend!

Fish & Chips (sweet potato fries) were excellent, as was the chowder! The service was very good. Was a little disappointed and surprised to see a "To Go" charge for a dessert. ? Had "To Go" boxes for our dinners and wasn't charged. Would be curious if dessert is ordered to the table but then put in a box, ? would there be a charge? Am starting to see more restaurants putting these kinds of "hidden" charges on customers' receipts. Hope this doesn't cause a decline in customers,...read full review
