“I’ve been neglecting this review but is long overdue. I admit it, I’m weird. I love Taco pizza. Ever since I was a kid, my family would eat Godfathers pizza and taco was my fave. Since almost all of them are gone now, o have been on the hunt for a decent facsimile. I landed on better than that. Sahara’s is fantastic! taco sauce base, ground beef or chicken, cheese, then lettuce, tomato, olives and more cheese added after it’s cooked, it’s so good! I’ve been checking out the other offerings as well and Bill and his team do a fantastic job. The lions feast, salads, and many more ideas are great. I have to say I was surprised at first how strong of a delivery business this was until I tasted the food and quickly realized what the locals were seeing too. I’m a regular now, but happy to support this group. Bill and his team are fantastic! Give it a shot!”

“We were warmly greeted and promptly seated at a lovely table. The appetizer was perfect! We choose a dinner salad before the main course. Delicious! The dressing was so good. My white fish was beyond my expection and the sauce that came with it was the best I have ever had. Our only disappointment was being so full that we could not order the chocolate fondue for our dessert! Our waitress was very attentive and set the stage for a intimate dinner. (Thank you) we will be back very soon!”

“I had my birthday breakfast there, first time going. We had a large group so we called two weeks ahead for reservations. We had their beautiful private room that was all set up for us, with lots of coffee and water. Our food came out all together, hot, so flavorful and comforting. Everyone commented on how yummy it all was. Their staff were the best in the business, they should give a class to others on what great service is. Highly recommend, a gem in Centralia. Also great shops all around to enjoy after an amazing meal. A must go and often!”

“I was one of the original beer tenders at this tap house. There were a lot of growing pains, a lot of hardship and camaraderie to make it work. That was then, now it looks like the beers are still cold and delicious, they've got cocktails (Which was a controversial take at the time, but it looks like they went high end with em which is awesome) and even though they took my favorite bratwurst off the food menu, I must say, their chef has his ducks in a row and the food is absolutely a must have for foodies in the area. Bravo, Juice Box. You're killing it.”

“So good! Papa’s Smokehouse served us ribs and pulled pork and both were amazing. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the pulled pork was perfectly cooked. Everyone loved it, definitely recommend if you’re looking for solid BBQ!”

“We have always loved Mad Hatter, but their new location is even better than their old one. It’s in a beautiful historic building, right in a walkable part of downtown. Now we can walk to get some ice cream (or go stop at our favorite thrift store) after we are done having a blast playing. 10/10 recommend — check out their new space!”
