“We love this neighborhood spot! Amazing food and great wine & cocktails. Above all, the staff are so welcoming and great. I highly recommend their dinner service and their happy hour (currently 3-5). Recommendations: any of their specials, their (vegetarian) lasagna, chicken pot pie, savory cheesecake, all the apps. They also have a wine club you can look up on their website. Definitely recommend this place for a date, after work to wait for traffic to die down, a special occasion or family meal. They have some cute outdoor seating and are family friendly. I would recommend reservations or at least looking but they also have a small bar you can sit at. On weekends I recommend a reservation as they are in a smaller space (don't let the location across from the Newcastle library in the shopping plaza fool you-this is a great gem). You will feel comfortable as you are, or dressed up here too. The friendly owner is often around to welcome you and make sure you are having a great experience! Parking is easy, it's friendly to persons with a disability, and there are vegetarian options. I am sure you can ask about other dietary restrictions. They have a great vibe and lovely art.”

“We ordered an extra large pizza and was on our way to pick it up. Unfortunately, as we got onto the freeway, the car overheated. After dealing with that fiasco, we were very late to pick up our pizza. When we got there, we apologized and explained what happened. The kind staff offered to remake our pizza for us free of charge! Unable to wait, we started devouring the pizza in the car. It’s phenomenal! Absolutely wonderful! The funny thing is, they actually gave us the “old” one by mistake and gave us the other pizza. We ended up with 2 extra large pizzas and very happy tummies. Thank you for the great customer service, delicious pizza and turning our horrible day around. We’re certainly coming back for more! ❤️”

“The Starbucks has a comprehensive menu. We come down for the holidays, and this location is our go to Starbucks.It also appears that the locals know the baristas and it becomes the local community center.”

Parking: There are only about 10 spots total in this lot and some of them are reserved for other businesses. There is a larger parking lot across the street and paid street parking in the neighborhood.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair accessible building however, sometimes the tables and chair set up could make it difficult to navigate a wheelchair through the space”

“Nothing here is cheap, and that's a good thing because you're getting what you pay for. If you need an indulgent breakfast (the egg n sausage sandwich is insane), top-tier pastries, and high end coffee, this is a great place to go. The interior is pretty - lots of natural light - but the abundance of hard surfaces means it gets pretty loud regardless of how many people are actually in there. There's a small patio for sunny days, which I reckon would be a little easier to have a chat with friends in.”
