Used to visit this joint regularly before hikes and when I would camp in the region. The breakfast burritos and a grilled pepper were top notch get up and get it done food! Chote’s tacos and the Gull gas station have become a regular stop for my commute. The staff js super friendly. The restaurant and the store are super clean.
Food is always good and served fresh. Portions are generous and quality is top notch.
Fuel here is the cheapest in the area and the restrooms are always clean (though only single stall)

All the tables were dirty, the soda machine didn't work. You had to go the fuelstop/store on the other side of them if you needed a restroom. Dead bugs inside light covers. Food actually made me sick, throw up before making it back to my truck. Worse Mexican food I've ever had. If your a truck driver with walking distance of the TA in Concordia, Missouri there's a Mexican restaurant that's 10 times better then this place and cheaper. Do not recommend eating here.

Best Carne Asada Burrito I've had in years! And I've had a few. I'm constantly disappointed with Mexican food in the Seattle area. Just blah... and expensive. This place hits the nail on the head and the food is great. ! I'm not Mexican but it tastes and simple to me, simple and great with all the right balance. If you want good Mexican food go here!

BE AWARE MONDAY TUESDAY!!! I came here multiple times before and I used to LOVE the Camarones a la Crema. For some reason the cook on Monday made it COMPLETELY different. It was disgusting. The shrimp was tough and not cooked and you can visibly see the poop coming out of the back of the shrimp... (Pictures below.) The sauce didn't even taste right. When I tried to return it the cashier said she did not have "the code" for the register so she couldn't refund.. Be careful when the owner is not there..
