“I had an unfortunate experience here that I spoke to the manager about (her name is Natalie).
Natalie took time to listen to my concern (drink was made wrong in drive thru and I was told to pull to the front and wait - and I did for a long time). Natalie deescalated the situation and more than made it right to me. I can understated why she is the leader of this store. I appreciate her hard work in resolving my issue. I will be back.“
“The Starbucks in North Bend on exit #34 off I-90 was just what we needed. Room to walk the puppy, nice clean location indoors and out. They had lots of room to sit and relax and clean restrooms, which are always needed on a road trip. The staff was friendly as well as helpful.
Parking: There is a Tesla charging station located there.“
