I swear this location is one of the worst! Every time I go in my food is cold and old tasting. They mess up my order every time! Most of the employees are rude and they forget to add things like the sauces you requested, even if you paid for them like sour cream. I went there at 6pm July 3rd and ordered for my son and I. I spent over 20.00 for 2 ppl. I live 3 minutes away, went directly home, ate immediately! My fries were cold and lo and behold, so was my sour dough Jack! I was too embarrassed to ask my son. Next time I guess I have to tell them to make sure my food is hot? My goodness! Money wasted! Did not enjoy it!
