Asahi Sushi in Olympia, WA is one of the best sushi restaurants in the State. The seafood is very fresh, the creations are amazing, and the staff are wonderful. The specialty rolls abound with flavor and sensuality, very seafood forward rather tan rice centric.
Best sushi I've ever eaten! I'm obsessed with this place. Prices are a bit expensive but that's because I always order a ton of food whenever I go. Service is great and consistently very kind, polite, and fast. 100% recommend to anyone looking for great sushi in the area!
