First time eating here. came in with my 12 year old granddaughter who chose the restaurant for her birthday dinner. They brought my meal out first. So I waited for my granddaughters meal to arrive and it did..10 minutes later. Mine was cold. When I reached for ketchup for fries it was empty. I flagged down a waitress who went to 3 (3!!!) different tables and all ketchups were empty! She finally found one with ketchup in it but did not bother to fill or replace any of the empty...read full review
