My daughter and I have been loyal customers here for years. We bought a teapot that broke on its first use. The box had no instructions at all (completely blank), and the shop provided no notice that it couldn’t be used on a stove or had heat limits. When I tried to return it, the owner insulted us and refused any refund or exchange—in front of my nine year old. We’re sad to stop supporting a shop we once loved.
