Light, crispy yet pillowy waffles - Don't miss this place, it's an absolute gem. The bananas foster is perfectly balanced in textures and flavor was off the charts delish. We'll be back!
This place is WOW! Had to kill a bit of time in Olympia and went here for breakfast for the first time. I didn’t think to take a picture because I usually don’t leave reviews, but the food was SO GOOD I have to! I had the International, and oh my, I am still daydreaming about it hours later. Genuinely one of the best breakfast dishes I have ever had. Bf got the OG, the chicken is to die for. I can’t wait until I’m back in the area to try some of their other options
Got the green goddess, looked good from the menu but was even better after I got it. Probably the best food truck surprise I’ve run into in awhile. I feel like there’s an untapped market for a lox version of one of their waffles too!
