“I ordered the fancy milkshake on the app for my son, when we got there the machine was broken, so they “wrote down my name” for us to come get our shake later as they can’t refund mobile app orders. I knew that felt sketchy lol
Fast forward I make it back in, they have no record of my name being written down (of course).
But the manager was great and took care of me. No fuss and I really appreciated him for that. That was 8/27/25 around 6 p.m. My 5 star is based on the excellent customer service.“
“I’ve been so disappointed constantly by the other two Olympia locations (cooper pt & Harrison) that I had to leave a good review for this location after consistently getting better quality food. It may not sound like a big deal but I notice when I go to this location I always get several pickles on my burger and the burgers are generally just better looking buns not smashed , paper and top of buns not smeared with a ton of grease or a mess of condiments, nuggets and fries are fresher and not dumped in the bottom of a bag like the other locations. It just seems the downtown Oly location takes more care. & I really appreciate that . Every time I go to the other Oly locations (which has probably been 50x over the last 6 months) I get 1 tiny pickle in the middle of my burger, there’s usually grease and condiments all over the wrapper so I’m covered in ick before I even get to the burger, & the chicken nuggets idk how they just seem hard and old at the other locations.“

We got the mc chickens, and a quarter pounder, and a mc chicken for a dollar. service and manager, we're very nice.
and you can sit outside too. The bathroom is clean. The environment was clean.
Food was delicious“
