I go in here everytime I’m near to support a long time local business. But it seems the only thing I like are the cakes if custom ordered fresh. Cinnamon bread is good if freshly baked. Not that the pastries taste bad, they’re just not delicious. Donuts looked good but I’ve not tried them. They do much better business at the farmers market. The restaurant needs a lift, it feels gloomy and dark.

We stopped here so I could buy my husband a birthday cake. We picked out a cake. The gal took it back, boxed it up, I paid and that was it. She walked away. Interesting encounter. The cake was delicious, however.

After being pointedly ignored for ten minutes, I was able to order lunch and a coffee. The food was wonderful I had the tuna melt which was a little bit sweet and the textures were perfect! Crunchy bread and melty cheese and tuna. Worth every dollar! Except for the disorganized ordering area the restaurant is great!
