After helping my son and his partner move to Olympia we needed the traditional offering of beer and pizza to celebrate being done. Well 80 had a bunch of great beer offerings and I of course went for the porter which is my favorite. We got 3 pizzas which were all good but the standout was the Kahlua Park Pizza with a pineapple glazed sauce instead of the traditional tomato. This pizza was something special IMHO I had never had a pineapple glaze instead of a traditional pizza sauce...
Absolutely a gem. Friendly service, particularly from bartenders Donny and Matt. Fries even better than Tom’s. Cocktails made with liquor distilled onsite. Beers crafted with that excellent Olympia spring water, where the name is derived from. Kid friendly. Small shady enclosed patio accessible from inside and ample sidewalk seating as well. Merch available for purchase. Very clean restrooms. Sports playing on the big screen. Highly recommended.
Well 80 is a great place to bring groups of people. Family atmosphere and separate bar with booth seating for date night. They also have a cozy fireplace and couch seating with games. Perfect for a small group of friends. I keep meaning to take my crochet project and sit with a friend for a cider! Maybe you'll see us there!
