“Went through the drive thru for the first time as we were driving through Othello. Service was possibly some of the best I have received from a McDonald’s! Both employees who helped us were friendly, upbeat, made eye contact, smiled and called me ma’am. Nothing above and beyond but notably different than you experience these days at a fast food restaurant!“

“I LOVE Taco Bell. It's not "Mexican food", but I'm here a lot. Traveling the states, so I've seen more of these stores than most people. And I've found these people to likely be the nicest crew I've met. Even after a slight mess up with my for, they were very kind about fixing the matter.

“I went to my local burger king for the new maple bourbon bbq whopper. the person who attend me was very nice and welcoming and answered all my questions about the new whopper. i got my food pretty quickly and overall had a great experience.“
