OMFG!!! The shrimp tacos are delicious!! I got these to try my new hot sauce on, and they didn't disappoint. The only thing I would change is I prefer my jalapeños be grilled a little more. Mine was slightly grilled and just on the outside. Service was super fast. I left work, got food, and was back in 30 min. Three tacos was the right amount of food. The torta I ended up giving to a coworker.
Stacks Mobile Bistro- PascoOverall, it's not too bad, but not great. Parking was no problem, plenty of room to park. No customers in line or waiting. Usually, I wouldn't stop, but I did like the one in Kennewick when they opened. So I figured I would give it a try. The Bomb tacos were pretty good for the most part. Excellent food and fast to come out. The birria tacos were dope!
