Yummy food. Easy to work with. They were able to accommodate a fairly last minute catering request. They food was a huge hit for my wedding. Everyone loved it. Leftover beans and cornbread were somehow even better the next day! I would recommend Coyote BBQ to others, and would order from them again for future events.

Ate here at the Lavender Festival and had the brisket plate with beans and coleslaw. Brisket was dry and very chewy. Brisket was also way too salty and cold. Beans weren't too bad and coleslaw was good. But to be honest, the pickles on the side were the best part.
Amazing local catering! We started working with Michael & crew several months before our daughter's wedding. They were on time, efficient & professional setup. The food was excellent! Pig roast, brisket, smoked chicken & sides. A week later & the guests are still raving. Not to mention they cleaned up & packaged all the leftovers for us. Thank you!!
