Lots of good food! With several Mexican restaurants to choose from in Silverdale, it can be hard to stand out but Carbon manages to do so. Great food, and drinks (alcoholic). Reasonably priced and big servings, so you can take some home for an additional meal.

Possibly THE best Mexican food we've had PLUS the views of the ocean? Amazing. We had a party of 8 and everyone loved what they had.

Light airy atmosphere. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Food was authentic. Tortillas tasted homemade. Try the street tacos.

Vegetarian options: Their menu has some vegetarian choices. But you can also switch meat for vegetables.

Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu

I rarely give bad reviews but because of the prices I thought it best to warn people.Ya’ll, if you are from the South and visiting, don’t go here to eat, unless you are wanting to pay a lot for dry tasteless “Mexican” food. Possibly the PNW is not the place to get this kind of food but regardless it just wasn’t good. Service was ok and all but food was expensive and lackluster. We went because it was the only place open on a Sunday night.

We always order here for delivery and dined twice. I’m normally not a fan of salads but their Carne Asada Salad is amazing! They’re really nice about it too. Sometimes we get the wrong order in DoorDash but no worries! They are nice every time. We appreciate them accommodating our preferences every time. My husband likes spicy and I can’t handle spicy things. So I really appreciate the extra step they do to accommodate it.Their mango ceviche is also highly recommended!

Food was very fresh and delicious. Service was nice. They just need some kid safe proof glassware and kids crayons and kids activity sheet to keep them entertained.

Writing this on the fly. My Margarita was all water and the food was meh. There are many local small businesses with authentic Mexican food that taste much better. I'm sorry to say I give this restaurant a 2 stars. Service was not the greatest but maybe it was the time of day we went, I'm not sure but they definitely let me down. I have heard good things about this restaurant. My experience was not. Please try yourself and leave a comment with your experience. Thank you and i hope this helps a little.

Overall solid experience on my first visit. Anything with steak in it is bound to be good here. I had the steak fajitas and nearly stuffed myself, but had to take some home. Good portions. Also liked the margaritas; they definitely make a good Cadillac.Only complaint would be on the tostada & salsa appetizer. Not much value there at $4.50, and they're a little stingy with the salsa, though they bring 3 types. I've always been one for sharing a larger bowl of salsa, and I don't like having to keep asking the server to bring more. The service was spot-on, and everything we ordered came quickly. I'll definitely come back and try some other menu items!Olympic Otter

My spouse and I usually enjoy eating here. Tonight we went in sat and ordered our food. There was an awful smell. Smelled like a dead rat. So we asked the waitress to change our order to go. We explained why. The waitress just left looked at us funny and was unapologetic. Will not be back.

Let me just say, I was craving a steak, a really good steak. My husband found this place for us and it hands down did not disappoint! I ordered the Ribeye medium-rare, my husband got a special of some sort. We were missing complimentary chips & salsa, but we survived. Our food came and we devoured it, absolutely delicious! We left stuffed and happy ?. Also, service was great!!

The service was inconsistent. Our server seemed annoyed every time she checked on us. Our guacamole was not made table side, as advertised. The food was ok but bland. Deconstructed Mexican food isn't my thing. The prices they charge warrant better food, service, and ambiance.

Over priced for the quality of food. My wife, my sister, and I have all given this place a chance three different times together wanting to to be good and going in with no expectations. I don’t know where these 5, 4, or even 3 stars are coming from. Very average food high prices with the basic amenities like a bathroom stall door

Food was okay. Loved how it came out sizzling on a grill pan. Server didn't seem like she wanted to be there and we had to flag her down multiple times for drink refills and missing orders. I think she was hiding from us.

I got the wagyu zabuton and at other places, the zabuton is delicious. Over here, it was presented in a similar way, on a hot stone, but was not good. It was not seasoned at all, I had to rely on the sauces they had with it and the sauces were not great either. The table next to us was extremely loud and a little obnoxious. We went on a Friday night and there were other seats we could have been seated at but Instead we were seated next to the loud table which wasn't great either. The service was pretty slow. We finished our drinks and didn't get asked if we needed other drinks for quite some time, which was a bit surprisjng because there wasn't many customers there. My friend liked her carne asada, I agreed it was much better than my zabuton which was disappointing since the zabuton was double the cost of her entre.

I went to this location because they claim to be "The best Mexican steakhouse in western Washington." They are not. They even say that the Carne Asada is the "best carne asada in the U.S." it almost had no flavor. So I had to add some salt and pepper to mine (Honestly, a taco truck that i visit in Bellevue, has better Carne Asada). The Jalapeño poppers were ok. The melted cheese was decent. The table side guacamole was bland (probably due to the avocados not being ripe), The Margheritas were decent. Overall, if I pay Seattle prices for a meal ($70+ a person) that is in a location far cheaper than Seattle, I expect to be served a good meal. I still left a 20% tip and I'm honestly asking myself why I did that.
