Starbucks now preferences online orders over people who bother to walk in for service. You’ve got it wrong Starbucks. An empty lobby does not mean fast service, it means after 15 minutes while baristas prepare orders for people off of their phone. Is that what we really come to? I’ll go to the locally owned and operated drive-through any day
I frequent a few different Starbucks in the Gig Harbor/Port Orchard area and this is by far my favorite one! It feels like family. :)

Starbucks offers a variety of coffee options and a friendly staff. The service is quick, especially during mid-morning hours. The drive-thru experience was smooth with no wait time. The staff is accommodating and welcoming, making it a pleasant visit. The menu includes drip coffees and juice drinks. Despite a past incident outside the drive-thru area, the staff was helpful and called for assistance. Overall, Starbucks provides a positive experience for coffee lovers.
