I have not been here yet, but I watch a lot of Youtube content that influences my activity, and the owner/host of this establishment has convinced me that some day I need to visit here to experience the history and culture that this area delivers, based on the video be @PeterSantanello
We've dined at Silverwater many times over several years, but not frequently. This experience missed the mark. We dine out to enjoy a meal without the need to prepare it ourselves. We felt rushed; the pace of our cocktails and starters was fine, but the entrees were delivered before we had a chance to start the appetizers. In our opinion, the entrees were much too large and the presentation was not too good. Our server did a good job, but it seemed as if he was a little harried....
Service, food and ambience were all great. However, some prices that rang up on tab were higher than shown on menu (confirmed when we looked at menu posted in window afterward). There's also a 3% charge for non-cash transactions.
