Crabtree has an amazing atmosphere. The space is very new and clean and allows you to enjoy watching it's chef work. The drinks are made well and pack a bunch of flavor.However, our food last night was both a hit and a big miss. This is early e the best steak I have had west of Seattle. Further research must be conducted but this may verify better than any steak in Seattle. This is my new date night restaurant!!!

Edit: Visited again a couple years later, and every single item we ordered was exceptional! Great to see this place is just as I remembered.We've come to Poulsbo on vacation for years, and we've loved the "original" version ChocMo since the beginning, but this new place is even better somehow! Only wish it was closer to home so we could come here more!
