I’m torn with this review, the cook has been the same as long as I can remember and by far has the best biscuits and gravy but more recently their recipe must have changed because my on my last visit the gravy was not the same and definitely not as good. Depending on the person working will depend on the service. It’s unfortunate that as a. Customer we get used to service that is less than acceptable whether it be because of familiarity or frequency; regardless...
The club sandwich was better than expected. Delicious. I have yet to get a decent Old Fashioned cocktail. They have an extremely limited Bourbon selection and they don't know the difference between a Cosmopolitan and Old Fashioned. Cocktails definitely no recommended.
Envy is what I call a honky-tonk. I've never come here at night, so I go for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen is small, but puts out food steadily.
The food is probably the best value in Poulsbo. It's not a huge menu, so pretty much everything is decent or pretty good. I like their chili, so I get the Cowboy omelette or the Chili Burger. Everything else I've had was solid.
