Poor customer service, specifically Selena. send her to customer service training, she's costing you money with her rude attitude. God forbid you want a smoothie. If they're so hard, take them off the menu. Same with the bagels. If it is too hard to manage a customer's order of a latte, 2 bagels and a smoothie....don't have it on the menu.
