Amazing pastries and doughnuts. We got the large gingerbread doughnut. Very soft and tasty. Cherry coconut cookies that were our favorite and some bread. Go earlier in the day as they sell out of most options toward the end of day. Expect to wait in a line. Employees are quick and the wait time isnt very long.
Visited Sluys Bakery while exploring Poulsbo and now I completely understand why everyone recommends this place. The bakery has such a cozy, old-school charm, and the moment you walk in, everything smells incredible.

Stopped by Sluys Poulsbo Bakery for brunch and it did not disappoint. The food is easily a 5/5—highly recommend picking up some of their doughnuts! It was moderately noisy inside, but the atmosphere has a great local vibe. Service was efficient and friendly (4/5). Excellent spot to grab a sweet treat if you're in the area, and very reasonably priced at around $1–10 per person
