Wonderful service was helped immediately and no long wait for my order.
Mainly drive thru here, but amazing staff and impeccable customer service!
I visited daily, the Starbucks by my home so l got very familiar with staff and products. They went thru staff more frequently the past 2 years than all of the 18 years before that. It caused my opinions to change slightly as staff coming onboard were not as well trained and have an attitude that we were there for them, vs what l was taught in Customer Service, that staff was there for the customer. Still, the did and drinks were great 90% of the time. I am not fond of the changes...read full review
