I came in to pick up a Door Dash delivery. When I walked in I didn't get greated from any of the 5 staff on the floor. I waited exactly 26 minutes before I finally approached someone named Nadia or Nadine who said she was the shift supervisor. All I got was excuses about how they are short staffed. But yue whole time I was there I NEVER even got asked if I need help or anything. After 26 minutes I finally got help cause I reached out to ask for help! I wouldn't recommend this location if your looking for good customer service.

Ordered an item for lunch all I had was a $50 bill.... The lady at Starbucks said do you mind ones and fives I asked her is there a reason why she then proceeded to tell me that normally you would be getting rolls of quarters !!! Did not find that amusing AT ALL !!!!

Awful service. A girl was wearing a thick fur jacket with long sleeves over half her hands while making drinks, very unsanitary. Another girl who seemed to be on drugs was talking to herself and spilling drinks over multiple times in a few minutes. I left before my order was ready because the conditions were that bad and all staff was very unprofessional. Will not be going to this location again

Today was my first time participating in triple star day and it did not disappoint!! I called ahead to make sure I qualified on the app, and confirm the gift card rules etc. the staff member was very kind over the phone even though I’m sure it was a very busy day. She made sure to also mention 50% off merchandise which I didn’t know from the app. Huge plus as I was thinking to get a holiday gift in the coming weeks..When I came in my order was already ready and waiting for me at the counter (I had never done order ahead at this location either, only drive-up). The store was very clean and the staff members guided me without prompt to where to find the things I needed to eat and drink inside. They also asked if I was the one who called earlier deducting from the quick conversation I had. They remembered me! I clearly was new to this location and to the promotion haha.While shopping, I had some questions about the cups and lids and the employees figured out how to handle them professionally. I have to say the top shelf here is very high! There was a slight delay in scanning one of the cups at the register/receiving the 50% off but they went above and beyond to resolve it very quickly for me.My food and beverages were made to my customizations and were tasty. They only thing I would have requested was for my frap to get an extra wipe, my hands ended up a little chocolaty.. I opted to try a refresher with vanilla pumps today instead of the pink drink version w/ coconut milk. Personal preference but I think I’ll skip the extra $0.80 for this add on in the future but it was nice to try.I earned so many extra stars today, and eagerly reminded my friends to stop in to take advantage. I’ve generally always had good service from this company, but today was a real treat. Thank you Olhava Way Starbucks, keep up the great customer service.Also, quick shout out to Poulsbo Police! While I was waiting to write this review in the parking lot (it’s December dark and foggy outside) a patrol officer drove by the front of the building and sat for a few second to make sure the staff inside saw him! They all waved at each other through the storefront glass wall and he went on his way. What a cool safety check, and something you don’t normally see.

First off I go to various Starbucks quite frequently. The baristas were nice but didn’t bother to have a conversation. Which is okay I understand it being busy ,but I’ve never see my drink made this way. It was super disappointing to be honest. Normally the sweat cream cold foam is super smooth. Not sure what happened but this drink was noticeably pretty bad.

I have been traveling across the country and this is the best nicest friendliest SB I’ve been to in at least 7 states. The employees here are fantastic, the service is fast, the store is clean, and the music is not too loud. There is plenty of seating too. 10/10.

I normally visit the location off HWY 305 in Poulsbo for years. The usual drink I order is never consistent & doesn't taste good. Finn Hill Starbucks however, barista rocks & made the drink superb! Dirty Matcha with almond milk is really good!I'd rather trek to this location & pay for the drink I'm expecting. Thank you! & you guys are friendly!!!
