“I have never had such a filled taco before in my life. The meat was well cooked and seasoned. Very soft and juicy. So delicious that I started eating right away and forgot to take pictures. This applies to both the beef brisket taco and shredded pork carnitas taco. If you like coffee stout, ask for the one in the picture.
Their people are also wonderful. I'll definitely come back for more.

“For Pullman, WA this is a 5 star coffee shop. Be aware that they can be busy so if you don't like waiting this may not be the spot for you. The food is typically on point. The staff is friendly and its a bustling business.
I recently had the Smores Mocha and it was very good except I asked for it to be less hot than usual. That didn't happen, but overall I was happy.
I ordered the avocado toast with a poached egg. It was excellent and I would go back just for that toast.
Note it was move in weekend for WSU so take the photo of 30 people in line with a grain of salt.“

“This is my favorite bar in Pullman. It’s a must see for both travelers and locals alike. The cocktails are innovative yet classic and always taste incredible. The staff is kind and accommodating; they work hard to ensure that every guest feels welcome and appreciated. The food is some of the best in Pullman. My personal favorites are the brisket sandwich and the fish and chips; the only time I’ve had any comparable fried fish was in Scotland. Truly an unmatched ambiance with such a classic, yet refined and rustic atmosphere all at the same time. It’s no surprise that this place has stood the test of time.“
