“Yikes, I'm sorry to see so many negative experiences with this location though I'm also not a regular. Has been at least a year since I've even been to a Cold Stone.
I didn't have a chance to stay to eat, which is why I'm keeping this review open at a 4.
The staff was friendly & conversational. They asked if I wanted a waffle cone.
We had no issues with the ice cream 🍨“

“The best little bundt cakes ever! Soft, moist, lots of flavor. Great customer service. New flavors all the time. I love getting the small size cake so i can have more flavors. I haven’t had a flavor yet that i didn’t like. ♥️“

“I love this Coldstone. It may not have the frills or modern flavor mashups of the modern ice cream shops (like salt & straw) but the classics are on point. Their mint sundae thing is the best. All served up with great customer service- the perfect stop after a dinner out or on your way to a fun evening somewhere.“

“As someone who has been here probably 100 times, I cannot say enough good things about them! The coffee is fantastic, and the scones and cookies are not to be missed. I absolutely love the staff - Emily is so sweet & friendly and makes the absolute best coffee, and Tina is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! They are always quick even when they are busy. If you aren’t a “cupcake person” they have so many other options - definitely worth stopping by!“
