The food is DQ. I’m writing about the staff. They were severely shorthanded and our order took 40 min. The place was packed and some customers were so rude and the employees had the BEST attitudes.
We had a pretty disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. Our order came out wrong — we specifically ordered barbecue chicken strips but were given regular instead. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse was that when we asked for ketchup for our fries, we were told they were completely out.
It just felt like a lack of attention to detail and preparation overall. Hoping this was just an off day, but it definitely didn’t meet expectations.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen around. The portions are larger, the prices are cheaper and the ice cream is tastier than any other Dairy Queen, it's amazing the difference is the taste. The cones are fresh, not stale, which is something that can't usually be said about a Dairy Queen. Inside is clean and the people behind the counter are friendly.
