Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer...
First I want to say that the service from the employees was very good, but it's hard for them to please when the company doesn't serve chocolate ice cream anymore, nor do they serve anything with crushed ice anymore.
The food is DQ. I’m writing about the staff. They were severely shorthanded and our order took 40 min. The place was packed and some customers were so rude and the employees had the BEST attitudes.
