Parking is a pain unless the bank across the street is closed. Good solid milk tea offerings. The ordering kiosk is slow but nice. Cheese crema is excellent. Ask for half ice because that’s more like full ice in other places. Still on the fence about the toast options...good but not something I’d go out of my way to get.
