Where can you find a spot where you can get pho at Three in the morning? You do have to play at the tables after 1 AM in order to order soup, but this deter all the drunkies in after hours. A very clean professional place.

Unbelievable. Apparently you have to be be a gambler in order to get food after 1am..so stupid. Like the kitchen is open to some" drunks" and not people that walk in and would like some to eat.....so very stupid. I m still digesting the news.....in an empty stomach.....
