“Food was good. Service was good, but their QR code ordering system was really bad. We couldn't order individually in the app, and had to submit one order as a table. We had to seperate all our orders afterwards with the waitress, and ended up just splitting the bill down the middle.“

“I first visited Ono Teriyaki in 1996 while working nearby for a while I got lunch there at least 3 days a week. It's always been good food and good customer service at a good price. It's no wonder that after 3 decades they are still there.“

“If you live in Renton or in northern Kent, this Teriyaki shop is amazing. The food is worth every penny, which isn't pricey at all. By the way, one of the only teriyaki shops that gives you a different kind of Salad dressing, and not the same thousand island type of dressing.“

“Sat outside for lunch with my mom the other day, was our first time in and we both shared the Bento Sushi Box 🍱 & the Alaskan Roll and it was a perfect amount of food. My mom had never had sashimi OR nigiri before and she loved the nigiri 🍣

“I go here very often and every time the food is so great and so consistent. Always amazing. The Teryaki sauce is some of the best sauce I have ever had, so much so that I always order extra. The lady who runs it is so nice and always so pleasant and happy. Gets my order right every time. You must come here, you will not be disappointed.“

“I used to love this spot but they changed cooks and now it’s DROWNED in sauce and the guy that’s usually there always remembers that I like the chicken cut up but the older guy not only never remembers but when I asked for broccoli added he made it seem like a problem so I just disregarded it. Was happy to pay extra but… anyways. I normally give 5 stars but the quality of way too much sauce and this other guy never remembering it’s now 3.5-4. See photo of it DROWNED in Teri. When I told them last time about the Teri being overdone it came with barely any. There has to be a middle ground lol. Why they can’t get it right is beyond me.“

“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.

So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“
