“We’ve eaten here quite a few times and keep coming back. The staff is always friendly, the service is great, and everyone is welcoming.

The fish is always fresh, and the portions are generous. I usually order the chirashi bowl or the sashimi bowl, and both have been excellent every time. The cooked dishes are good too. We’ve had the chicken teriyaki a few times and really enjoyed it. Also kid and family friendly.

There are a lot of Japanese restaurants around, but this is one of the places we trust when we want a good meal. Consistently fresh food, good portions, and genuinely kind people.“

Only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I specifically asked for my food to be made a certain way and they forgot to do it like I requested. I was too hungry to ask for a do over. I understand they can get very busy so make sure you specify and speak clearly and make sure the person taking your order is listening to you and acknowledging what you order otherwise, they might make a mistake. “I’m Japanese and usually spend half the year in the U.S. and the other half in Japan. This time, I have to stay in the U.S. for over a year, and I’ve honestly been feeling homesick almost every day. But after eating the tempura bowl here, my homesickness eased a little.

We often go out for sushi or try other Japanese restaurants. Sushi is usually okay, but when it comes to other Japanese food, the only place we’ve consistently liked is Kizuki Ramen—and even there, only the ramen and karaage stand out. Yes, like all restaurants their prices have skyrocketed and portion sizes aren't huge, but that's pretty normal everywhere now so I can't fault them for it. They solved the parking problem for pick-up, which is great (there are reserved spots for their restaurant).

Last I checked they switched sauces for their spicy chicken teriyaki and the new sauce isn't good, but all of their other food is great.“

Higher prices than average, but we are in this gorgeous nice city of Bellevue, every thing here in every where is expensive. Nothing cheap. Nothing has reasonable price.

“This is one of my go to places when I don't want to get food at work. I believe its a family owned business. My favorite is the regular teriyaki chicken. Food comes out freshly made, hot and the teriyaki sauce is the perfect balance of sweet. Usually do takeout as the lobby isn't the biggest but you can eat in. Very conveniently located by the Microsoft Studios. Way better than the chicken available on campus.“
