“We had dinner at Thirsty Hop in Kirkland and really enjoyed everything we ordered! We tried several different dishes, and they were all delicious.

The grilled boiled squid was especially memorable — so flavorful and perfectly cooked! I honestly wish I had taken pictures because there were so many good dishes on the table.

Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and we had such a nice time. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!“

“We are regulars at Tokyo. This restaurant has been in Factoria for many years and it is always great. The service is great. The sushi is fresh and delicious. We also order a variety of hot doors such as bento boxes, uson, and various rice bowls. I think their chicken karage is also exceptional. We do both dine in and takeout and it is always great!“

“I was thoroughly impressed about the sushi conveyor belt place! The place inside is very clean and neat, the price is here were amazing, service was good, everything that we ordered was delicious, my favorite was the seared salmon Nigiri with miso mayo. Overall, I highly recommend and I would come back.“

“First order: I was really excited. The portions felt on par with what I would expect for the cost, and most importantly, the meals seemed fresh. The flavors were really good and packaged well. As someone who hates leftovers, I really enjoyed my first order. I would have given 4/5 stars.

My second order this week, not so much. (Maybe I ordered the wrong things this week). The breakfast portions were small (I was still hungry afterward), and the quality didn’t feel the same as the week before. The scrambled eggs with asparagus turned the eggs slimy and brown—not the most appealing. Dinners during the second week were decent but included fillers, like what appeared to be canned green beans. More roasted broccoli would have felt better, in my opinion.

So it depends on the week, I guess. I already ordered for next week, so we’ll see. I’ll update my review if the quality improves. I would order again for convenience (I’m currently postpartum, so having premade meals is super helpful!), but for this price point, I would expect the quality to stay consistent or improve.“

“If I was not a teriyaki fan I would still come here because all of the food is not just excellent but perfect. The flavor is explosive, and the price is extremely reasonable. The service was on point, and I could not have asked for a better place to bring my family. For a premium meal, it was more than a pleasant experience. I'm not lying when I say this is the best teriyaki you can find in the greater Seattle area. I met the owner, and he was one of the nicest people I have met in the food industry. Thanks for the great meal!“

“This is such a hidden gem. My best friend and I have been here a few times and the food is delicious. We've decided that next time we are going from front to back on the menu until we try everything... because all that we have ordered so far has been wonderful. The dragon roll, ahi tuna salad, and the pokemon roll have been favorites.“

“I used to eat here when I worked in the area. It’s been years, yet I still missed the chirashi that they were kind enough to let me customize. Coming back, it feels the same except for their great new electronic payment system.

The hamachi is still some of the best I’ve had. They use plain scallops, a difficult thing to find at many sushi restaurants, and they offer ikura as an upgrade.

I’d rather drive here than settle for the typical rolls I’d find elsewhere. Still the best value for quality sushi that I’ve found anywhere in the USA.“

“We had a phenomenal time at Fuji Steakhouse celebrating a birthday. From the moment we were sat our server, Vicky, was in high spirits and was clearly just as excited as we were to celebrate. I highly recommend getting a round of sake bombs for the table! It was fun to chant, make a mess, and drink. We'll definitely be back. Can't say enough amazing things about the staff. “We love nori presto teriyaki. The portions for the teriyaki are huge. You definitely get your money’s worth. We also particularly love the fried rice that comes with the teriyaki, but recently the option to pick fried rice is gone from their website. Please fix this so I can have more delicious fried rice!“
